Mikhail has a developmental delay and requires a course of rehabilitation

Mikhail is 12 years old. He was born at 33 weeks with extremely low birth weight and severe congenital abnormalities: sepsis, pneumonia, heart defects, blood clots, cerebral hemorrhages, hydrocephalus, and multiple cysts. He underwent mechanical ventilation and lengthy treatment. Mikhail currently has delayed psychomotor and speech development, organic damage to the central nervous system, and a possible risk of cerebral palsy. Since he was one and a half years old, he has undergone regular rehabilitation courses—every six months. Now the boy needs another course of rehabilitation, but his family cannot afford it.
