Three-year-old Lisa is a smiling and very sociable little girl who loves singing songs, dancing, and playing outside. She happily plays with dolls, pushes her stroller around, and like a true little fashionista, packs her things into a purse and proudly carries it around the house.
Doctors have discovered that the little one has developmental delays, serious problems with her pancreas, dangerous changes in her bone marrow, and constant infections that attack her weakened body one after another. After lengthy examinations, a diagnosis was given — primary immunodeficiency, Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.
Because of her illness, Lisa cannot attend kindergarten or play with other children. The only place where she sees kids her age is in hospital wards.
Dear TubeR followers, we are raising funds for life-saving replacement therapy and its delivery for this little girl. Lisa needs a chance to overcome her illness, return to normal childhood games, and finally find out what it's like to go to kindergarten and make friends outside of hospital walls.
