Thank you for helping Mila get rid of the pain

Mila underwent surgery to implant special bioresorbable plates that give her skull the correct shape. This means that her whole life is changing for the better.

“I can’t get enough of it. The recovery period after the surgery was tough, but now my Mila is thriving,” says her mother, Katya.

The girl no longer has headaches, and she’s become active — she always needs to run somewhere, jump, ride her bike, and smile at everyone..........Even the little girl’s gait became confident, and she stopped wobbling. Her vision normalized. She became interested in puzzles and beads — her curiosity and intelligence developed. All of this is thanks to the fact that the surgeons managed to correct the shape of the skull, which reduced the pressure on the growing brain. This became possible thanks to you, friends!

The face hasn’t fully recovered yet — it’s slightly tilted to one side due to the compressed facial nerve. And so far, the girl’s emotional state hasn’t improved. Her mother is patiently waiting for it to pass. And she’s also waiting for September — so they can get a CT scan, which will need to be sent to the doctor. Now, dents and bumps have appeared on the skull — this kind of complication is rare, but it’s possible, and, unfortunately, a second operation might be needed. But Katya and her children are praying that it won’t come to that. And they know: if anything happens, there are hands that will catch them. Angelic wings, as Mila’s mother says.
