Aminat, 9 years old. Aminat was born prematurely, weighing only 1 kg 180 g. She spent the first month of her life in the neonatal pathology department. Until she was one year old, she did not acquire age-appropriate skills. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP) and delayed speech and language development (PSLD). Since she was one year old, Aminat has been regularly undergoing rehabilitation courses, and positive changes are already noticeable. However, she continues to have muscle weakness, limited movement in her left limbs, and also exhibits a significant delay in speech and language development; hyperactive behavior; speech and motor disinhibition; and an incompetent intelligence. Aminat now requires another comprehensive rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, the family is in a difficult financial situation and cannot afford the treatment themselves.
