Semyon has already come to appreciate the new possibilities the electric attachment has given him. Now, it is easier for him to go out for a walk, meet up with friends, or simply spend time away from home without needing extra help or becoming overly tired. For a teenager who deeply values his independence, this is especially important.

About the campaign

Semyon needs a power wheelchair attachment to become more independent

Semyon is 13 years old and has congenital brain and spinal cord disorders (spina bifida), as well as other related conditions. He is a cheerful, sociable, and inquisitive teenager. He attends school, studies English, takes online classes, enjoys walks, and enjoys playing with Rubik's cubes. Semyon dreams of becoming a train driver or a chef.

Semyon values independence. He currently uses a wheelchair, and many simple tasks require adult assistance. To become more independent, he needs a power wheelchair attachment: the YouGo Power Wheelchair Attachment. It transforms a regular wheelchair into a mobile device: it helps him travel more easily and quickly, cover distances, and walk longer with less fatigue.

The foundation has already raised some funds, but further support is needed to reach the required amount.
