Arthur has an intellectual disability with a developmental disorder and needs rehabilitation

Artur is 12 years old and has been diagnosed with intellectual disability, developmental delay, and behavioral issues. Until the age of two, Artur developed normally, but then his development regressed. He stopped responding to his name and speech. Doctors began treatment at age three, but a diagnosis wasn't made until he was four. Artur is now 12 years old. Thanks to regular therapy, he has made significant progress, but his speech is still slurred, as he doesn't pronounce all the letters. This makes it very difficult for him to communicate with his peers, as no one understands him. He also has poor spatial orientation. All the rehabilitation courses have helped him significantly improve his behavioral control, but the family currently lacks the financial means to continue these courses, as they have another child with a similar diagnosis who also requires regular rehabilitation.
