Thanks to the funds raised, an ABA therapy specialist conducted 30 sessions with orphaned children who came to Sankt-Peterburg for treatment and rehabilitation.

For children with special health needs, it is important not to interrupt developmental activities even during long-term treatment. That is why, in addition to doctors and medical procedures, the children regularly worked with a specialist.

The ABA therapist helped the children develop communication and independence skills, learn to interact with others, better understand what was happening, and adapt to new conditions. Such sessions are especially important for children who grow up in institutions and need individual attention.

About the campaign

Savely is an orphan with a complex diagnosis. He and other orphaned children need to work with specialists!

Savely is 5 years old. He has been living in an orphanage in the Novosibirsk region, as his parents were unable to take care of a child with severe medical conditions.

Sava has serious health issues, and he is currently undergoing medical examinations in St. Petersburg with the support of the "He Needs You" foundation. However, one of his main challenges is his inability to speak. He cannot ask for help, express his feelings, or engage in simple conversations.

Savely and other orphaned children need regular sessions with an ABA therapist, a specialist who helps them develop their speech, understanding, communication skills, and everyday life step by step. These sessions require time, consistency, and the involvement of a professional.

Through these sessions, children begin to take their first steps towards independence, learning to ask for help, understand the world around them, and interact with it.
