Yaroslava continues her journey toward balance: results of the hippotherapy course!

Yaroslava is 12 years old. Immediately after birth, she was diagnosed with Down syndrome, congenital heart disease, and hypotonia. At the age of 4 months, she underwent open-heart surgery. This was followed by a long period of rehabilitation.

As Yaroslava grew older, she began to experience problems with coordination, balance, and psychomotor development. At the age of 10, she was diagnosed with Spina bifida occulta. Among the various therapies available, her family discovered that hippotherapy was the most effective. Communication with a horse helps Yaroslava in an amazing way: to strengthen muscle tone, develop a sense of balance, reduce anxiety, and, most importantly, gradually improve the communication skills that she needs every day.

The horse becomes a friend, a support, and a soft training device at the same time. However, hippotherapy courses require regularity and, unfortunately, considerable funds.

We are raising money for another hippotherapy course for Yaroslava. So that she can continue to move forward with confidence, peace of mind, and self-belief!
