Kostya is 4 years old. He has cerebral palsy, developmental encephalopathy, infantile spasms, and delayed speech and intellectual development. Kostya has developmental delays. He took his first steps independently at the age of 3 years and 7 months. He understands spoken language, but he does not speak. It is difficult for him to walk on his own. Kostya visits a speech therapist and a swimming pool. He loves books and cars. He is a very cheerful and playful boy.
Due to the fact that Kostya has high epiactivity during sleep, his brain does not fully process all the information and slows down his development. Kostya's dosage and medications have been changed several times, but his EEG pattern remains unchanged.
