Maryam completed the first stage of rehabilitation!

Thank you to everyone who helped Maryam go through the first stage of the necessary rehabilitation!

Maryam was born prematurely and faced serious health problems from the very first days of her life. After the girl joined the foster family, her mother began to actively work on her treatment and rehabilitation.

Maryam underwent several complex surgeries, including selective dorsal rhizotomy and orthopedic interventions. Thanks to the treatment and regular exercises, it was possible to reduce spasticity, and now the girl can already walk holding on to one hand.

During the course, Maryam continued to work on strengthening her muscles, improving her coordination, and developing motor skills. These activities help her consolidate the results she has achieved and move closer to her main goal — to learn to walk independently.

Thanks to your support, Maryam was able to complete the first stage of rehabilitation and take another important step towards independence.
