Thank you to everyone who helped Maryam complete the second stage of the necessary rehabilitation!

Maryam was born prematurely and faced serious challenges from the very first days of her life. Thanks to treatment and regular sessions, important results were achieved: spasticity was reduced, and the girl learned to move with support by holding someone’s hand.

Maryam underwent several complex surgeries, so regular rehabilitation is especially important for preserving and developing the skills she has acquired. During the course, the girl continued to strengthen her muscles, work on coordination, and improve her motor skills.

Thanks to your support, Maryam was able to complete the second stage of rehabilitation and continue moving towards her main goal — to learn to walk independently, without support.

About the campaign

Maryam has cerebral palsy. She needs rehabilitation to walk on her own!

Maryam was born prematurely and spent her first days in the intensive care unit on a ventilator. At the age of one, she was placed in an orphanage.

When her adoptive mother, Elena, took her home, Maryam could not walk. Through treatment and regular rehabilitation, her spasticity was reduced, and today she can walk with the help of a cane.

Maryam has undergone several major surgeries. To maintain her progress and continue her development, she requires ongoing rehabilitation.

The classes will help to strengthen muscles, improve coordination and get closer to the main goal - to learn to walk independently.

The family is growing another child with special needs, so it is not easy to cope with the expenses for treatment. The mother turned to the "He needs you" fund for help.
