Lera is only 5 years old, but she has already gone through many trials: surgeries, blood transfusions, and resuscitation. She is a true little fighter.
At the age of 4 months, Lera was taken from the orphanage and adopted by a family, and since then, her mother has been by her side every step of the way. One day, while in the intensive care unit after another shunt malfunction, Lera said to her mother, "Thank you for being here."
Despite everything, Lera remains a cheerful and optimistic girl. She loves playing with dolls, "cooking" in the children's kitchen, and sculpting with plasticine. She's always quick to offer comfort and help, setting the table and taking care of her loved ones with joy - a true mom's assistant.
The family also has two other children with disabilities, making it challenging to manage the expenses for their rehabilitation. The mom turned to the "He Needs You" foundation for assistance.
