5-year-old Ibrahim got help! The boy was scheduled to have his adenoids removed, but after an examination the doctors cancelled the operation. With the money raised the boy got the help he needed: they treated his teeth under anaesthesia, had several MRI's, paid for doctors' appointments and tests, and finally prescribed treatment. The family is very poor, they could not afford to pay for treatment and were living in a shelter at the time of the examinations. Ibrahim and his mother, his younger brother who is disabled from cancer, have already returned to Tajikistan and are undergoing treatment.
