Friends, more than 500 cats live at the "Devoted Heart" shelter. Every year, a time comes when we must protect them from one of the most dangerous and deadly diseases — rabies.
The virus spares no one: neither pets nor strays. And in a shelter with hundreds of residents, the risk of an outbreak is especially high. Just one infected animal arriving from the streets could put everyone at risk.
