Mukhtor and Dobrynya successfully underwent heart surgery — thank you for your help!

Thanks to your help, little Mukhtor successfully underwent a timely second heart surgery. His parents had learned of his congenital heart defect during pregnancy. They tried to do everything possible on their own to treat their son, but managing without the support of donors would have been impossible.

Mukhtor has already been discharged and is back home. Thanks to his rapid recovery, the full amount raised was not needed; the foundation directed the remaining funds toward an urgent operation for one-year-old Dobrynya from Turkmenistan, who had also been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. He underwent the surgery in a timely manner.

Today, both boys are at home. Mukhtor has successfully completed his rehabilitation, and doctors report positive progress. In six months, he will undergo an examination to determine whether a third stage of surgery is required. Dobrynya has also been discharged and is in stable condition; the troubling symptoms have resolved, and the little one is gaining weight and growing.
