To properly process all the documents related to the provision of assistance, our organization spends on average a bundle of paper per working day: applications, contracts, consents, acts – and this is only the document flow that is directly related to beneficiaries.

The registration of these documents is a mandatory requirement of the law. Without proper documentation, the fund may be closed, and then refugees, seriously ill children and adults will be left without support.
