Report

A consultation was conducted with **Professor Hamdi Er**. Following a comprehensive clinical examination, the professor concluded that there is currently **no indication for surgical intervention**, as the condition is genetic in nature.

At this stage, the doctor prescribed eye drops; however, he does not expect a significant clinical improvement, since the underlying cause of the disease is a congenital genetic disorder.

During the examination, the retina, optic nerves, and ocular vascular structures were carefully evaluated. No additional pathological findings requiring surgical treatment were identified.

According to the professor, the child is currently experiencing increased sensitivity to light (photophobia). Therefore, it is recommended that the patient consistently wear sunglasses and a hat or cap whenever outdoors.

Given the patient's young age, surgical intervention is associated with considerable risks and is **not recommended** at this time. Instead, regular follow-up with an ophthalmologist and periodic eye examinations are advised.

Based on the professor's preliminary assessment, the possibility of surgical treatment may be reconsidered after the patient reaches the age of **15 years**, provided that appropriate medical indications exist at that time.

During the consultation, the professor also examined the patient's mother. He noted that her condition is likely related to nerve damage. As a potential treatment approach, **exosome therapy** was performed.
