The freezer has been purchased—and is already being put to good use!
Friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts—your support made this possible! We were able to buy a freezer for a social shelter serving elderly people living alone and individuals with disabilities, and it is already in active use.
It holds a large supply of meat and other food items, meaning we can easily prepare large quantities of meals for those in our care. There is no longer a need for frequent, small shopping trips: food is now stored securely, and the shelter’s budget is being used more efficiently.
The number of residents at the shelter is growing, and equipment like this is a real lifeline for the entire team and the elderly residents. We can now look to the future with greater confidence and plan our meal provisions for the long term.
