The freezer has been purchased—and is already being put to good use! Friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts—your support made this possible! We were able to buy a freezer for a social shelter serving elderly people living alone and individuals with disabilities, and it is already in active use. It holds a large supply of meat and other food items, meaning we can easily prepare large quantities of meals for those in our care. There is no longer a need for frequent, small shopping trips: food is now stored securely, and the shelter’s budget is being used more efficiently. The number of residents at the shelter is growing, and equipment like this is a real lifeline for the entire team and the elderly residents. We can now look to the future with greater confidence and plan our meal provisions for the long term. On behalf of the shelter and everyone in our care, we extend our heartfelt thanks!
