Khava has a developmental delay and requires a course of rehabilitation for further development

Khava is seven years old. She and her sister, Aysha, are growing up in the same family, and both girls require specialist help due to their developmental disabilities. Khava has been diagnosed with delayed psychoverbal development (DPR). She still doesn't speak, and her speech is completely absent. She often throws tantrums, is extremely afraid of noise, reacts poorly to loud sounds (covering her ears), and begins to breathe heavily. Because of this, it's difficult to go out with her. Her parents are very hopeful that rehabilitation will help Khava overcome this condition and take a step toward development. Unfortunately, the family has another child with autism, and their difficult financial situation prevents the parents from paying for the rehabilitation course themselves.
