Not long ago, Adelina lived in a residential children’s home and hardly ever left its premises. Due to problems with her legs, the girl couldn’t walk, didn’t attend school, and was separated from her brother.

Doctors developed an individual treatment plan for Adelina — surgery, casting, and rehabilitation courses. The girl had to go through a lot, but the treatment gave her a chance at a new life.

Adelina found a foster family, and her brother was taken home with her. Now the children are together again, and Adelina is gradually adapting to a life she could only dream of before: she goes to the cinema and cafes with her family, sings in the church choir, helps out around the house, and is learning to be independent.

Last year, Adelina underwent the necessary surgery. To recover from it and continue working on her motor skills, the girl needed a rehabilitation course.

Thanks to the help of Tooba users, Adelina was able to undergo the necessary rehabilitation. The exercises helped her strengthen her muscles and continue recovering after the surgery. For the girl, this is another important step towards her main dream — to learn to walk.

Adelina is an adopted girl with cerebral palsy. She needs rehabilitation to learn how to walk!

Until recently, Adelina lived in a children's home and rarely left its premises. Due to her leg problems, she couldn't walk, attend school, or be with her brother.

Doctors believed that Adelina could be put back on her feet. They developed an individualized treatment plan for her, including surgeries, casts, and rehabilitation. Adelina had to go through a lot to have the chance to walk.

And it turned out to be not in vain - Adelina found a foster family. Together with her, her brother was taken home, with whom they were finally able to reunite. Now Adelina lives a life that she could not even dream of before: she goes to the movies and cafes with her family, sings in the church choir, helps at home and learns to be independent.

Last year, the girl underwent surgery. Now she needs rehabilitation. It is the regular classes that will help Adelina strengthen her muscles, recover and get closer to her main dream - to learn to walk.
