Little Aliya needs help to defeat cancer!

Five-year-old Aliya from the large Kurieva family is like a little battery. Her mother, Lydia, says you rarely meet such cheerful children: the little girl is always ready to dance, help others, and find joy in everything. Unfortunately, Aliya has few reasons to be happy right now. The girl has acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and the insidious disease is not responding to chemotherapy: "We had one course after another, went up to the highest dosage, but there is no result. Aliya has a very aggressive form that won't be 'defeated' so easily. Doctors see only one solution: CAR-T therapy. But the cost of the procedure is impossibly huge for us," says her mother, Lydia. CAR-T therapy is one of the most promising and effective treatments. Its principle is simple: T-lymphocytes can be extracted from a person's blood and genetically modified so that they begin to "recognize" the tumor. Then they are returned to the patient as an infusion of a biomedical cell product (BMCP). This BMCP independently finds and destroys cancer cells. For Aliya, this is the only chance to live. Specialists at the L.A. Durnov Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology (N.N.
