The administrator's task is to organize the clinic's work so that each patient receives effective medical care, and also feels the warmth and care that homeless people lack so much. It is important for someone to hear that they will be waiting for him here. Someone has tears in their eyes when Masha gives him a grocery package. Someone is genuinely happy with new socks or underwear – for people without a home and documents, this is a «luxury». The administrator is the person who is the first to meet patients, makes an appointment with a doctor, and maintains the mood for treatment.
