Muhammad has first-degree mental retardation and needs rehabilitation

Muhammad is 8 years old. His parents learned of his diagnosis when he was 3. At kindergarten, he couldn't nap during the day; he would scream and cry during his lunch nap. Now, at 8 years old, Muhammad doesn't speak at all. He exhibits restless, hyperactive behavior, occasional bouts of aggression, and frequent tantrums.
