During the course, specialists work in several areas at once. Therapeutic exercise sessions are aimed at strengthening the muscles of the legs, back, and torso. Together with the physical therapy instructor, Esmira practices walking, learns to maintain balance better, and gradually overcomes her fear of falling. Specialists also pay special attention to hand exercises to improve elbow joint mobility and coordination of movements.
