Thank you for helping to pay for the staff who serve lonely old people!

Our foundation cares for 84 lonely elderly people. Daily chores are organised for them, such as cooking, washing and ironing and cleaning. Despite the impressive amount of work, we do it with a small but very valuable staff. For example, our cook Lena prepares 84 meals a day, not forgetting a special menu for sick and particularly frail elderly people. Lena has organised her work so that everything is prepared and packed in time for each courier to deliver the lunches. Lena also takes care of the order in the kitchen and helps with requests for food. Lena is a very valuable worker. Our fund also does laundry for those elderly people who do not have laundry facilities. Vera is in charge of this important work. She does laundry and ironing for our charges and she can also sew, which comes in handy if you need to patch up an item a bit. All of our staff are very important in serving the strickets. Both we and our elderly wards appreciate the work of the kitchen and laundry staff. But it is very difficult for the Foundation without your support to find funds to pay these key staff members. Please support our project. With the funds raised we will pay the labour of the cook, dishwasher, laundress and pay all taxes and levies that accrue on the salaries of these employees.
