As a child, Dima experienced a tragedy. The boy became withdrawn: he did not communicate with his peers, did not walk and avoided photos. Right now, Dima's biggest fear is to be separated from his mother and end up in an orphanage. The family lives in a dilapidated house: the roof is leaking, an old tree is hanging over the building — it can collapse at any moment. Due to the lack of a formalized ownership right, it is impossible to carry out gas, water and heating: they are heated with electricity, washed in a bath. Such living conditions are a risk of removing a child from the family. Thanks to the foundation's social curator, the family filed a claim for recognition of ownership of the house — without this help, it would have been impossible to resolve the issue. A psychologist works with Dima: the guy started walking with his peers, gets in touch with the foundation staff. The situation in the family is leveling off step by step and the risk of separation of the son from his mother has significantly decreased. This fee will allow us to pay for 1 month of work of a social supervisor who simultaneously accompanies 12 families in crisis. In many ways, thanks to the work of a social supervisor, children in these families can live at home with their relatives, rather than in an orphanage.
