Thanks to your support, Evelina was able to complete a rehabilitation course. Every day was filled with intensive work—8 to 10 sessions a day. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage, swimming, and sessions with a speech therapist helped Evelina relearn the most basic skills: holding her head up, swallowing, moving, and communicating.

During the course, Evelina made great progress: she learned to hold her head up confidently, began to turn over on her own, can sit with support, and started eating with a spoon.

"Thank you so much to everyone who helped our daughter. Evelina is coming back to life. The specialists say we made it in time. If rehabilitation doesn't start in the first months after such serious surgeries, the muscles gradually lose mobility, and recovery becomes much more difficult. Thank you for giving our girl this chance," says Evelina's mother.

Evelina still has a long road to recovery ahead, but the most important first steps have already been taken thanks to you.

Evelina is struggling with the severe consequences of a brain tumor. She needs rehabilitation

More recently, Evelina's world consisted of a trampoline, a slide, and the cartoon "Three Cats." In March, life split into "before" and "after." It all started with nausea, which was initially attributed to an infection. But when her daughter's gait became shaky, her mother sounded the alarm. An additional examination revealed a brain tumor. She grew up from birth. The emergency surgery saved his life, but it caused complications: coma, then a state of low consciousness. Evelina breathes by herself, but eats through a probe.

Anastasia's mom doesn't give up: "I talk to her all the time. After two months of silence, she screamed in her sleep for the first time. For us, this is the sound of life. Rehabilitation is the only chance to return to a normal childhood."

The first classes were paid for with great difficulty — relatives helped. But you can't stop. Now it is important not to waste time. Evelina has a chance to learn how to move and speak again.
