Rakhman is 2 years and 6 months old. He has a delayed psychoverbal development (DPR). He doesn't respond to his name, doesn't understand spoken language, and isn't yet speaking. The family has already begun therapy with specialists, and after the first few rehabilitation sessions, there have been some small improvements. However, to achieve significant progress, Rakhman needs to complete a full course at a specialized development center.
