Since childhood, Yulia has learned to rely only on herself: in 2006, she lost her father, and in 2010, her mother was deprived of parental rights. From 2017 to 2019, the girl lived in the Safonov Orphanage‑School. Despite the difficulties, she retained faith in people and kindness.
Since 2020, Yulia has been cooperating with the Children of Ours Foundation: thanks to its support and the decision of the Smolensky District Court, she received housing in Olsha. Today, she is an ambitious student at the Pedagogical Faculty of SmolGU and an active participant in graduate events.
Yulia dreams of becoming a mentor who will help students believe in themselves and discover their talents. The scholarship from the Foundation was not only a financial support for her, but also a confirmation that she was not alone in her aspirations.
The Children of Ours Foundation supports its students with additional scholarships for admission and well-completed sessions. This gives students the opportunity to devote maximum time and attention to their studies without being distracted by forced part-time jobs. Now Yulia and other wards of the foundation really need an additional scholarship. Let's help them continue their studies and get a profession!
