Israfil is 10 years old. He has a complex diagnosis: a chromosomal abnormality (F79), mild intellectual disability, and general speech underdevelopment (R47.8), combined with behavioral disorders and an autism spectrum disorder. At 10 years old, Israfil significantly lags behind his peers in mental and speech development. His behavior is characterized by restlessness, nervousness, and irritability. He is characterized by emotional lability—sharp mood swings that he cannot control. Furthermore, he continues to experience bedwetting, which adds to the difficulties of his daily life.
Despite all these difficulties, the child requires ongoing support from specialists. Regular rehabilitation courses at a speech development center help him acquire new skills and better understand the world around him.
