Alipasha is five years old. By the time he was two, his parents noticed he couldn't understand spoken language, didn't respond to his name, and wasn't interacting with other children. He was diagnosed with delayed psychoverbal development and perinatal central nervous system disorder (PCNS). Since he was two, he has been working with specialists and undergoing rehabilitation.
