Saifulla is 9 years old. At 1 year and 2 months, after a vaccination, he developed a complication – damage to the central nervous system. This was followed by delays in mental and speech development. Since he was 18 months old, he has undergone ongoing examinations and rehabilitation. Today, his gross motor skills have been fully restored, and many of his difficulties have been overcome.
However, Saifulla still does not speak. His autism requires ongoing intervention and lessons. He also has associated medical conditions that require treatment.
