Magomed is four years old. He developed normally until he was two, but then experienced a sudden developmental setback: he stopped responding to his name and lost his pointing gesture. His parents consulted specialists—neurologists and psychiatrists. Diagnoses varied: some diagnosed a delay in psychoverbal development, while others suggested autism spectrum disorder (ASD). One thing is clear: Magomed needs ongoing remedial therapy. The family began working with their son, and the first long-awaited results were seen! He began making eye contact when called. Progress is slow, but it is there. To maintain these achievements and move forward, the therapy must be continued. However, due to financial constraints, it is very difficult for the family to provide their son with ongoing treatment.
