Muhammedali is only 3 years old. He was born at 26 weeks and was diagnosed with stage 5 retinopathy, which poses a serious risk of vision loss without surgery.

The boy has already undergone complex surgeries—one on his heart and one for a cleft lip. Muhammedali is growing up brave and inquisitive, and his brother and sisters are always there for him.

The family is doing everything possible for their child's health, but they cannot afford the necessary ophthalmological surgery.
