Aquarehabilitation for Zaloban with cerebral palsy: a new step towards movement

Zaloban lives with cerebral palsy and speech delay. She doesn't walk, sits on her own, and barely speaks, but she can now hold her head up for short periods and respond to her loved ones. Every success she achieves is the result of long-term work.

Zaloban now desperately needs swimming lessons. Water gently relaxes spastic muscles, strengthens her core, improves coordination, and gives her a feeling of lightness unavailable on land. Swimming will help her strengthen her sitting skills and prepare her body for new movements. The Zaloban family can't afford the membership fees themselves.
