There are two children in the Ramazanov family from Makhachkala: Asiyat and Nurijat are twins. Unfortunately, both girls have cerebral palsy. But Elmira's mother raises her children alone, her father died when the girls were two years old. And it is beyond her power to create conditions for Nurijat's life and recovery. Now Nurijat needs a special room chair, as she has grown out of the old one and no longer sits in it properly. Neither can she sit in the one offered by the Social Security Fund.
