Hadija is 9 years old. From birth, the girl developed within the norm, was a calm child, responded to the name. At an early age, she underwent three surgeries due to a congenital cleft palate, after which the girl developed a strong fear of doctors. By the age of 3, her mother noticed that Hadija began to cry frequently for no reason and to shout.
At the moment, the girl has started to speak, but her speech is not clear. Parents invest a lot of effort and money in their daughter's education. Khadija works with a speech therapist, a defectologist, and participates in sensory integration classes, physical therapy, and hardware-based treatments.
Currently, the family does not have the financial means to cover the cost of an intensive rehabilitation program that could help Khadija overcome her developmental delays and acquire new skills.
