With your help, three‑year‑old Robert completed a series of sessions with specialists and immediately started speaking actively, surprising his parents with his reasoning and questions. Thank you for helping him make progress in his speech.
Robert hears with the help of cochlear implants. To speak and keep up with his peers in terms of speech, he needs lessons with specialists.
“Thank you so much to everyone who gave us the opportunity to join this course,” says his mother. “After returning home from rehabilitation, I see Robert making enormous progress in all areas!” His speech became more detailed and understandable to others; he stopped being shy and started asking questions, which he hadn’t done before. And during games at home, he likes to become a “teacher” and quotes his teachers’ statements verbatim.
The main goal of the specialists during the two‑week rehabilitation course was to turn the child’s collection of individual words into full‑fledged thinking and coherent speech — and they succeeded. Previously, Robert didn’t understand the order of actions and couldn’t grasp cause‑and‑effect relationships. Now he himself explains to his mother that the puddles on the street are because it rained (and then the sun will come out). The boy’s father also noticed striking changes. According to him, his son has become a more sensible and interesting conversationalist, able to clearly explain his desires. After the rehabilitation, Robert went to a regular kindergarten for the first time. The teachers praise him: the child completes all the tasks, confidently addresses adults, and easily joins in any games with the other children. The boy not only hears and speaks confidently, but also no longer experiences any difficulties in communication. Thank you for supporting Robert!
