Alet is 7 years old and has autism and delayed psychomotor development. At the age of 2, her parents consulted a neurologist because she was lagging behind her peers in development. Alet does not speak and has difficulty interacting with other children. She becomes nervous and sometimes aggressive in public places, avoiding crowded areas. Despite this, she enjoys playing with water and swimming, although she does not show interest in toys.
