Said is 12 years old. He has had health problems since birth, as he was born with hypoxia, which led to him being diagnosed with cerebral palsy and a number of related conditions.
Said began rehabilitation immediately after birth and continues to work with physical therapy specialists. He is taking courses in massage, speech therapy, and neuropsychology, and regularly visits the pool.
Said is soon scheduled to undergo surgery to reduce spasticity in his lower limbs. After the surgery, he will require extensive rehabilitation.
Said is a very kind, smiling, and intelligent child. He loves swimming and making friends with other children. He dreams of wrestling and often asks his mother when he will be able to walk on his own.
