Sultan has a developmental disorder and needs rehabilitation

Sultan is 8 years old. He has been diagnosed with "other pervasive developmental disorder" (F84.8). He is delayed in his mental development: he has a speech impediment, vocalizes, bites his fingers, exhibits inappropriate behavior, and wets his bed at night. He was diagnosed at age 3. Sultan has been undergoing rehabilitation for five years. Speech massage, neuro-gymnastics, and especially sensory integration with a speech therapist have yielded good results—improvement is slow, but there is progress.
