Shamil, who has an intellectual disability, needs rehabilitation to overcome his developmental delays

Shamil is 8 years old. He has been diagnosed with moderate intellectual disability with severe emotional and behavioral disorders, and systemic speech underdevelopment (SSD Level 1).

He was born with severe asphyxia—severe hypoxia affected his development from the first days of his life. Shamil had previously completed rehabilitation courses, which yielded significant improvements.

Now, the child desperately needs your help. Recently, Shamil's skills have begun to decline, and he has become aggressive toward his family. His mother is raising him alone, lacking funds, and cannot afford the classes.
