Jabrail has mild mental retardation and ASD, he needs rehabilitation

Dzhabrail has been diagnosed with mild intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder, and is considered a disabled child. He requires rehabilitation at specialized centers in Yoshkar-Ola, including daily in-person examinations by a psychiatrist and remedial classes. The family is going through a difficult time: the child's father is undergoing treatment for cancer. The parents are unable to afford their son's rehabilitation—the cost is too high for them.
