We are raising funds for a grooming tub for shelter

There are currently more than 100 dogs and cats living in our shelter. We often receive animals in neglected condition. Every day we care for them, but to provide full assistance, we lack an essential tool—a professional grooming bath.

For the shelter, this is not just a comfort item, but a key tool for maintaining the health and well-being of our wards. Having such equipment will allow us to solve several vital tasks at once: - effectively clean the animals’ fur and skin; - carry out medical and preventive procedures; - remove heavy dirt that cannot be handled with a regular wet wipe.

But most importantly, a well-groomed appearance directly affects the chances of finding a home. A clean animal looks much more attractive. For potential owners, the pet’s grooming is often a decisive factor in their choice. In addition, the grooming process itself is an important tactile interaction with humans, which helps the animal reduce stress, get used to being handled, and become more trusting.
