Dibir needs a course of laser treatment!

The boy has a venous malformation of his right arm, complicated by the lack of treatment. Due to the density of the formation, Dibir cannot fully use his arm. Laser therapy is the only way to maintain the functionality of the limb.

The seventeen-year-old graduate dreams of continuing his father's legacy and becoming a power engineer at the Chirkeyskaya GES. He himself says: "I would like to be useful to people." But illness gets in the way: he is forced to wear compression garments, experiences constant pain, and cannot write in class, which affects his academic performance. "He first complained about pain at the age of five, when he started to grow and became interested in football. In Dagestan, no one would take on our case, so we were sent to Moskva, where he was diagnosed. Laser treatment began at age 15 — it produced results immediately. Dibir tries to study and is preparing to enter an energy college, but he is afraid he won't get in because he can hardly write," says his father, Aliaskhab.

Now Dibir needs laser therapy. Treatment beyond OMS coverage is paid, and the 1–2 operations per year provided by quota are not enough — at least 4 are needed due to the large area of the formation. The family has no funds. Regularity is crucial in treatment; interruptions are not allowed so that Dibir can recover, start writing, and fulfill his dream of entering college.
