This is Ibragim, and he recently turned 3 years old. Ibragim has a delay in cognitive (psycho-speech) development. The problems began after he suffered illnesses at a very early age, which negatively affected his development.
Since the first signs of the condition were discovered, the child has been attending a correctional center, which has produced positive results—now the child’s understanding has improved, he has developed a pointing gesture, and eye contact is being established.
To consolidate these results and acquire new skills, Ibragim needs to continue treatment at a rehabilitation center.
However, this course is expensive, and his parents cannot afford it on their own.
