When a child is left alone with an illness, he needs more than just medical help. He needs a fulcrum - an island of calm and predictability. That is why, after difficult hospitalizations, children need a safe space to gain strength for a new stage of treatment.
The Children's House, the social center of the He Needs You Foundation, has become such a space. It's not just a place to stay, it's a home where children recover, study with teachers, and feel cared for and supported.
"House for Children" is a success story. Dozens of children went through it, getting a chance for a calm and comfortable treatment. But for some, this house has become the first step towards finding a family.
Currently, the project is facing a new challenge: expanding the space in the center to provide more children with the opportunity to receive the necessary help and support. This requires the purchase of new furniture that will help create a cozy and functional environment: beds, protective barriers, mattresses, shelves.
We strive to make the Children's House an even more comfortable and safe place for everyone who needs it.
