Mukhammad is 10 years old. He has Down syndrome, delayed psychoverbal development, and general speech underdevelopment (GSU) of level I–II. The boy was born very weak, with several heart defects. Mukhammad's family began working on his development when he was one year old: they underwent medical treatment as well as physical and intellectual development at rehabilitation centers. Results appeared quickly—he developed new everyday skills, learned words, and his understanding of spoken language improved.
