Help pay for the work of a nurse at a clinic for the homeless

Nurse Elena from Blagotvoritelnaya klinika knows a lot about people who have fallen on hard times. Every day in her work, she sees the difficulties people face on the streets and helps them overcome these challenges. Elena works at Blagotvoritelnaya klinika, where free assistance is provided to people without homes or documents, and she is also part of a medical team that visits places where homeless people are forced to stay—on the streets, in shelters, in building entrances. She dresses patients’ wounds, measures blood pressure, and distributes food and clothing aid.
"Aleksandr Sergeevich lived for a week on a bench in a courtyard; the residents gave him food, and then they contacted our Blagotvoritelnaya klinika," Elena says about one of her patients. "We responded to the request, offered the man a ride to the disinfection station, washed him, dressed his leg wounds, and gave him clean clothes. During the examination, our doctor heard wheezing in Aleksandr Sergeevich’s lungs, so we helped arrange his hospitalization for treatment in the city hospital."
Helping people in need is not just a job for Elena, but a guiding principle in her life. The clinic is now in urgent need of funds to pay for the nurse’s work for three months. Please support the fundraiser!
