Said is 2.5 years old. The boy has a delay in psycho-speech development (DPSD) with stereotypical movements and residual insufficiency of the central nervous system (CNS).
After his first year, relatives began to notice developmental deviations: Said did not make animal sounds, did not use a pointing gesture, did not speak, and did not respond to his name. He showed no interest in the world around him and did not play with toys. At one and a half years old, he was diagnosed with DPSD, which was confirmed at one year and eight months.
From the age of two, the boy began working with ABA therapy and neurodynamic gymnastics (NDG), and a little later, at two years and two months, a speech therapist and a specialist in speech massage joined the work. Thanks to regular sessions, the first results appeared: Said began to imitate sounds, sometimes uses a pointing gesture, and responds to his name.
For further progress, the boy needs another course of comprehensive rehabilitation.
